Me: “What happened at drama camp?”

Ezra: “I learned I can’t wave or say “Hi” to my parents, friends or family (from stage).”

Me: “Hahaha.”

Ezra: “I don’t understand why.”

Me: (Laughing louder.)

Ezra: “It really makes me sad, even though I’m laughing with you now.”

(Ezra, Lian and I rolling around on bed laughing; ending in one big family hug. This “rule” is depriving Ezra of the main reason to be on stage. Every time he’s on, a big, rigorous, crazy wave from the shoulder and a big, broad grin for Lian and I.)tim40
